"Excellent location! Kept in great condition! Beautiful virews from the rooftop bar! Incredible staff! I can mention just a few names from the breakfast buffet and rooftop bar (Lucia, Carmen, Paola and Clara with whom I had the chance to talk) however, the cleaning staff was also super polite and nice. Unfortunately I onlu retained the name of Chaimae, but they've been all great. Also the reception desk staff EVERYONE was amazing!"

"Great location for shopping, eating and sights like the Royal Palace. All the staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was fab too. In other words, when I’m back next year, I will look nowhere else."

"We stayed here for 1 night when we had a flight scheduling change from Madrid. First, this place is not your average ‘airport area accommodation’. When you walk into the front lobby, you immediately feel the thoughtfully curated vibe. We checked in and immediately headed up to our room to change and hit the rooftop pool. In the room awaited a variety of about 6 complementary local beverages, which was a nice touch! We changed and went up to the rooftop pool area, which had both a separate lounge and bar area. The pool was a great place to hang out in the August heat and the bar drinks were refreshing. We went back to our room after a couple of hours and opted for the room service and the food was superb!!! We took the 7am complementary shuttle the next morning so didn’t get to partake in the breakfast but they did have a coffee bar setup for our convenience. If needing to stay in the airport area, I would be here again in a heartbeat! "

"We had a wonderful time at the hotel . It is really a hidden gem. My children loved to stay here. We had three separate bedrooms with own desk, wardrobe, full bed and two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. AC system is perfect ( especially in Europe) . Bathrooms and kitchen were so clean . We wish we knew about the hotel earlier so we would stay here for a whole trip visiting Madrid . Very surprised with kind of great conditions with that price. Just 3 minutes walking to the public transportation and 10 more minutes taking bus to the central area. We will stay at this hotel again when we come back to Madrid next time . "
