Excellent!!
We loved this hotel. Easy check in with great staff, room was squeaky clean and serviced every other day as promised during our 5 night stay, and the breakfast options were substantial. Fresh coffee available all the time in lobby. We walked to Old Town, which was great and had tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Parking was easy and included. A stay for sure, and a place we plan to return to and recommend without hesitation.

Clean comfortable room. Bright inviting interior and very comfortable bed. Excellent customer service when our TV did not work on check in. They had a very cute gingerbread house contest that united staff with guests. Nice typical breakfast available in the morning. Easy to access off of the interstate.

It was a last minute overnight stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. The room was class and nicely setup for charging our devices. Only 2 complaints: the mattress was tired with a depressed area on one side and the shower head was anemic.

Okay, so they no longer offer hair conditioner. I was told by front desk, that Hilton no longer offers it in their hotels. So, ladies bring your own. I stayed at another home 2 suites a couple months ago and they had it. Otherwise, stay was wonderful.
