Valet was full, but staff were nice about it, front desk also helped accommodate linking two separate reservations into one- Welcome drinks, we didn’t get to use them, but RedTail restaurant and bar were great- room was small, wish there was carpet or rug because floor was dusty and dirty, rug could have helped maybe. But decor was adorable and overall experience was a great- just wish they had more options for upgrade or more luxuries.

The noise coming off the streets made it tough to sleep at night. Often sounded/felt like I was camped on the side of a highway. I had read that the hotel did a renovation recently. They should have upgraded the lanai doors/windows to double glazing.
