Great location and property. We got a room with a large balcony with a great view of the Duomo. The day we checked in, the shower was not draining, but the staff fixed it quickly. The sofa bed triggered my daughter's allergies. No elevator to the 4th floor, only till 3rd floor.

I honestly don’t know how this property got its 4 stars. The only good thing about this property are its staff, they were friendly and helpful. The location, and room conditions are like a two star hotel. The rooms, hallways, elevator, stairways need major upgrades. I chose this hotel only due to the reviews and made a big mistake.

The hotel is clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were both comfortable. The area was a little noisy and a little dangerous as it is so close to the train station, but otherwise fine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel, would stay here again
Did not interact much with the staff, the room was larger than expected and very clean. We had a comfortable stay here also thanks to the decent sound insulation. The location is quite close to the train station, while accessible it feels a bit unsafe at times.
