Disappointing Experience at Kronborg Inn
W recently stayed at Kronborg Inn and was disappointed with the service and cleanliness. Despite arriving early, the front desk staff seemed put off by my requests. No smiles, no warmth - just a curt "check-in is at 3."
When I asked to store a luggage with an oxygen tank battery due to the 103-degree heat, the staff reluctantly said ok and pointed to the breakfast room to store it. asked about the restroom after a long drive, provided a key, still without a smile.
Upon checking in at 4, a different staff member was friendly and helpful. However, I was shocked to discover that breakfast is not served on weekdays, contrary to my expectations.
The room (110) had a dirty floor with black slime, which was unacceptable. An impeccably clean room is essential, regardless of the price.
First impressions matter, and Kronborg Inn failed to deliver. With thousands spent on advertising, it's disappointing to see customers treated poorly. Word-of-mouth is the most valuable advertising, and unfortunately, we will not recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Until these issues are addressed, I would caution others from staying at this hotel.
