Joana provided outstanding service when I made an error in my booking. She was sensitive, understanding and very helpful. The room was decent and comfortable. Lots of parking, places to eat And a nearby Tesla charger.

HORRIBLE! dont waste your money just drive another 30 miles to a better hotel. Lady at checkmin was nice got to our room and it was definitely a drug room. Had toilet paper in peep hole shower was disgusting and no hot water lady at the desk moved us to another room Which was nicer but still no hot water and the bed was so hard and the pillows were about as thick as a sheet of paper. Room had tiny bugs no clue what they were finally just got up at 230am and left.

When I got into the room the first thing was the television wouldn't work and then the towels were dirty and then there was no hot water in the shower and the shower door wouldn't work and then the furniture was in rough condition

The staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. My only negative was that the door for very poorly in its frame, and the wind whistled in for much of the night. Nonetheless I sleep well, so it was not that bothersome.

Absolutely terrible.
Well, It seems pretty simple that I would make a reservation for the day I am checking in, which technically was Friday. The fact that neither you nor Motel 6 will refund what amounts to around $60 is absolutely ludicrous given the situation. A 10 year old could follow the details on how we could get to a place where a reservation was made in good faith thinking this was the way to do it (wrong day)...It's noy like I cancelled my trip or stay. I was sitting in the parking lot of the Motel 6 making the reservation before I walked in. I just paid for Thursday (even though it was technically Friday) once I was told I booked the next day on line (it was after midnight).
Seriously, is this how you run your businesses? I simply booked the day prior to the one I needed by accident thinking it was the right day.
Big corporations shouldn't be able to screw people over like this.
So, pretty bad experience. Terrible customer service and what really feels like low-level fraud.
