I usually don't do reviews but the unfriendly guy at the front made me do so.
It was my worst experience out of all Holiday Inn Expresses.
The room was not clean having hairs on towels when we entered the room.
I asked for housekeeping both at the unfriendly counter and by a voice message at the housekeeping number but wasn't done the next day. Our family was out during the daytime and returned to our room in the evening. We were out of towels and it was really difficult to get help. The counter had only one towel when we needed four.
You have to park at the basement garage but they won't explain friendly during check-in and put a annoying paper on your car window if you park on the first floor even for a very short while.
A lot of plastic covers of buttons and lights in the elevator was damaged and the door locks had poor maintenance.
