The reception is really unfriendly. My flight was at 6 a.m. Since it was an international flight, I needed to leave about 3 hours before, so I asked for a shuttle at about 3:30 a.m. the next day when I was checking in. They said the shuttle wasn't available and told me to take taxi or uber. The first shuttle is at 4:30. I chose this hotel in hotels.com because it said an airport shuttle was available. Then you should have announced that matter. In the end, the lift cost $17, so I went at 3:34 to the airport (it took 4 min) and found out that the airline counter opens at 4:30. It turns out that the airline counter opens at 4:30, so it seemed like I could have taken the shuttle after all. Then it would have been good if you gave me that information. The reason why the shuttle service starts at 4:30. Also, there was no one at the counter at 3 o'clock so I had to self check out, but I don't think I would have been embarrassed if I had simply given the information when checking in.
