This is an older facility and could definitely stand some renovation. It was clean, the breakfast was good, and the employees were generally polite and helpful. The one glaring exception was the foreigner at the front desk when I checked out. He was sitting behind the desk playing a game on his phone and totally ignored me when I walked up. When I spoke to him, he looked up but still didn't speak. He grudgingly got me checked out and gave me a receipt. Just rude and indifferent.

Needs demolished
This hotel is in need of some serious cleaning and updates. The whole hotel smells of gross carpet, there’s duct tape on walls, food in the hallways, trim missing inside, the indoor pool has no ventilation, you can’t even see who is in the pool, our room stunk so bad. We tried to open the window for fresh air and the whole thing came off. The two beds weren’t even queen size. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and will never be back.

Absolute garbage and thiefs
The stay was terrible the room smelt like an ashtray there were cigarette burn marks on the bathtub and no comforter in the room. Upon checkout the hotel said there was blood on the sheets which I dripped a little bar b que sauce on the sheet and kept my deposit to pay for that and the comforter that was never there

Self-care retreat gone wrong
The hotel itself was a good stay. My biggest issue is because of the hot tub! I went to this hotel for a personal self-care retreat. The hot tub was a MAJOR part of my self-care time. The first night i was there was delightful, the hot tub temp was perfect, the quiet isolation to relax and get lost in my audio book. I woke up the next day, looking forward to a repeat of the night before. I again enjoyed some time with my book and my solace. After about 30 min soaking i could feel my body itching from what i assume is the fresh chemical treatment they did. I got out, went to my room and found my favorite bathing suit is completely ruined. And even after a shower to stop the itching, and burning to the lower half od my body, it hardly made a difference. This single event destroyed the rest of my stay. I came home and found i have a minor chemical burn on my lower half and now have to purchase a new swimming suit. It started out so good and with so much promise, and ended with so much disappointment and frustration.

Take your own bed!!
The floor was more comfortable then the beds. My son said he felt like a twisted pretzel when he woke up the following morning, said he should of slept in the car or slept on the floor. I do apologize i dud not take any pictures.

Fantastic Staff!
The hotel staff were friendly and kind and very patient. I got the room to keep track of my son and his gf for a few days so I would know where to find them to get them to court. They (son and gf) are, I hate to say it, the worst people on the planet, (I've learned this while babysitting them this past month)!! The staff there all deserve medals for what they went through during this stay! The room was clean when I checked those Tweedles in and as clean as I could get it with what I had when I checked them out. The price was great. If I had stayed there myself, I would have been fabulously happy! Hot chocolate was available all day! And super great staff! Talking with the staff was stress relieving for me. I haven't got my deposit back but they probably need it to cover some of the maintenance guy's therapy. I'm sure he needs it after what he went through! If those guys can take care of my Tweedles, they can take care of anyone! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

NOT HAPPY!
I was very unhappy with the condition of this La Quinta. I have stayed at many before and they have always been clean and excellent. This one however was very dirty. I have pictures of how disgusting the bathroom was and I had to kill (step on) two bugs first thing in the bathroom. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work—only had volume no picture. Two towels and only one washcloth and there were three of us staying which they knew in advance. No bedding for couch so two of us had to share one of the beds. Table and coffee table had stuff on them that wasn’t cleaned off. Pool and hot tub were out of the building in a different building and it was 20-30 degrees out and no extra towels to even use them. I was there for a medical procedure for my daughter and we drove 8 hours to get there and was too exhausted to deals with the mess and was too late to make other accommodations. I went to front desk to turn in keys at 6am and asked for a receipt and he wouldn’t print one for me, said because I had booked through a third party. I have always gotten a printed receipt at every other hotel I’ve stayed at when I check out. I voiced how disappointed I was in the 11am when they checked the room. It is still being held at 9:00 pm. I would never stay there again nor recommend that particular La Quinta to anyone. PLEASE RELEASE MY $100-I already paid for the room.

We didn’t even stay here! The location has horrible there was homeless walking around everywhere. Dirty all around, do not recommend. Definitely should not be a property listed on hotels or anywhere

The staff was super helpful and understanding. In general, everything was ok... basically clean just not the "5star" type of place. Kind of old and dirty b/c of age not b/c people weren't cleaning. The pool & pool area is really lacking - eough that my kids didn't want to get it, very unusual

Great Hotel, Great Location, with a Great Staff, that offers a great experience each time I visit. Love the Free Breakfast with great food options. I was glad to see new options that includes online check-in and online check-out. I wished the laundry offered a tap to pay. Aside from this, its still a great place.
