The Hotel desk clerk had me tap my card twice charged me $170 for the room at check in than caught her mistake seen my room was paid for already and said I have to wait for an manager to be reimbursed plus $20 for damage so I have to wait for my money to go back on my card but overall besides that I enjoyed my Thanksgiving with my family and friends. This has nothing to do with Hotels. Com, this is a Residence Inn (Marriott Hotel) mistake
