They gouge you on price when there is a special event in town.
Decor is low-class tacky, based on "little boy humor" such as the bookend in the TV lounge of dogs mating. The "do not disturb" card says "don't come in, there's someone naked in here".
Room is tiny, almost claustrophobic, too small for more than 1 person.
Bar forgot our pizza order our first night there, forgot our drink order a couple of days later.
Refused to put the TV set on the channel that EVERY PERSON IN THE LOUNGE WANTED TO SEE because of some manager's "policy" - we asked multiple times, multiple employees, and all said the manager's "policy" forbade showing that channel.
The only benefit is that it's walking distance to landmarks (Washington Monument, Capitol, museums).
Terrible all-around experience, will never stay there again.
