Booking was for family room for 5 people.
The reception never told me that the rooms were "Seperated" without connection.
They said "No connected room available in our hotel"
At this point, we accepted and checked in at 7 pm
No gowns, slippers, nor even amenities like shampoos, washers in the first rooms. Only towels and soaps.
However, after returning from Paris trip, I found that in my parents room, Air conditioning not work, bathtub jammed, shower not work in the temperature of 32'C!!
The clerk called said they could not fix it, so endure it!! And an hour later, said to my parents to move to upper floor because there was no available side-by-side rooms.
On 11pm, I went down to the reception and met the "supervising" lady.
1. About the reservation, no responsibility of hotel. Expedia's fault. We sold the room to them marked as unconnected seperate family room".
-> This part, I have to check the Hotels.com, but I cannot understand how the can sell the unconnected rooms as a family room.
2. About the room itself. "Actually there is side-by-side (family) rooms available. You can move to them"
At 11:30 at night, After all those complaint and discomfort, they actually had normal rooms!!!
3. And the hotel offered "Free minibar use" as reimbursement having a couple of sodas and a bottle of water inside.
4. In the second rooms, complete set of gowns, slippers, and amenities!!!! that the first rooms never had.
Never use this hotel.
