The onsite restaurant, Locanda, served very good Italian food. This is run by a separate company that rents the space from the Holiday Inn.
The regular Holiday Inn breakfast was just so-so; buffet-style:- scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, potatoes, waffles or pancakes, yogurt, cereal, apple and orange juices, english muffins.
The outdoor pool was nice and clean but un-heated.
The exercise room is small with only three exercise machines.
Some areas of the hotel are showing signs of wear/tear on the walls.
The hotel is pet friendly.
The luggage trolleys are three-wheeled and have poor stablity. Putting anything at the front of the trolley tends to make it tip over to one side.
