I stayed 4 nights .
In conclusion, we (me and my husband) were satisfied with staying here.
We had a problem first we checked in.
I made a reservation for 4 nights, " executive onebedroom apartment".
After checking in, we went up to the apartment. Room looked quite samller to the pictures from homepage & hotels.com.
But it was "onebedroom" anyway.
but after about half an hour I decide to ask them this apartment is really an "executive onebedroom". something was wrong I thought.
They said "you made a reservation for <EXECUTIVE STUDIO> and we gave you an upgrade to ONEBEDROOM APARTMENT ".
I asked them to change. I paid about 300 $ more than lower room category. First time I brought up a question they didn't admit their mistake.
After waiting about an hour, we were given ONEBEDROOM EXECUTIVE APARTMENT which looked worst ONEBEDROOM EXECUTIVE among they have.
What makes me feel bad was the reception man didn't apologize. He said "He solved problem" for us. It was not an issue of "solving the problem". It was obvious mistake, they had to apologize.
Once setteled in NEW apartment, Staying there was comfortable and convenient.
Reception staff was kind, best Room cleaning.
Location was excellent.
Metro station with 6 lines is just across the street.
Nearby supermarket opens till 1 AM during weekdays. Very convenient.
I can recommend to my family or friend.
Hopefully staying there again nextime.
