Great views, fair breakfast.
The hotel is located just across the street from Mediterranean sea.
Not all of guest rooms have ocean view rooms, of course. I stayed at a room facing city, which was quite noisy due to motorcycles zooming in the streets at night.
With regards to parking, it seemed that there was a basement garage for guest's use but in order to use it, you may need to check with hotel office prior to your arrival. I parked my car at the street side by the hotel(In daytime, you may have trouble finding empty space but at night, it was pretty much empty).
Although there is an elevator in operation, some of the rooms are reached through small stairs that exist in the same floor so you may need to check with that.
