Lack of help.
When we entered our room, the remote was missing to the tv from the room. We called down to the receptionist and no one answered. We then walked down and saw a sign, " Please be patient while I am gone" We waited for 10 minutes. The poor girl was by herself and said that she had to text her supervisor. We went back to our room and we still got no answer. As we walked to the lobby a man in the room next to us was smoking in the hallway. It filled up our entire room. I walked to the lobby again and the receptionist was gone again. We waited for 10 minutes with two toddlers. When she finally came back we asked for another room due to the cigarette smoke. She was very sweet and found us another room on another floor. When we finally got to the room it only had one king bed. There were 4 of us. We promptly left the room to the lobby and again the sign on the counter was there and no receptionist. We waited for another 10 minutes and she finally came back and found another room. I know it wasn't her fault but she was there by herself on a Saturday and there was a lot of customers waiting to be helped. I feel there should have been more people there to help her. We waited for 45 minutes to get a new room and I know that poor was stressed doing it all by herself.
