**RODENTS IN HOTEL**
I was very disappointed in this stay. I have stayed at Crowne Plaza before but this experience cut me off completely. I had a mouse running around my room at midnight. I called down and they sent up a man with a bucket to “catch and release” the mouse. I was offered water and snacks and a room change. Okay. Thanks. But when I went to complain to the manager in the morning she was rude and didn’t seem to care. I was not offered compensation or a free night or anything. Tried to offer me 5,000 points(when most hotels are a minimum of 30,000-40,000 points for even a decent stay) when I asked for some kind of compensation. I tried calling the regular manager when I returned home and was just as disgusted at her response and no help at all. I’m sure it wasn’t even a manager because if it really was, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to say the least.
