Very nice common spaces especially lobby bar, not a great variety for breakfast but very tasty. Room service and breakfast room staff spoke very basic English was difficult to communicate. Very nice reception and concierge staff. Very surprised with empty min bar policy... change that pls...

My wife and I decided to spend a couple of nights in London to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We chose the Radisson Blu because it was a smart hotel in the heart of Theatreland. We were given an upgraded room which was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and all staff were polite, friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Always a pleasure staying at the hotel. Look forward to my return trip tomorrow!

What a lovely hotel with really friendly helpful staff. We were told we would get complimentary breakfasts when we checked in ( think receptionist was Michael). Loved the idea of being able to ask for room not to be serviced. Wonderful breakfast and also loved little touches like free sweets, cooled water, papers etc in Reception. Excellent location for theatre land & ROH. Our room was a bit small with a sloping roof but we loved it. Will definitely return.

Great hotel. Clean and tidy. Couldn't fault anything. People on check in were lovely and very friendly. Definately recommend.

Wonderful location and delightful staff. The room was quite small which was fine, but there was no room to unpack. As we were in town for a fancy event, it made getting ready a little tough. Having said that, I still give it five stars and would stay there again next time I am in town.
