The hotel emailed us 3 times after our booking to advise they were no longer doing breakfast, there was no bath or pool and they were undergoing renovation and yet when we tried to cancel because the facilities were not as advertised, we were told by Hotel.com Virtual Assistant that the booking was non refundable. The hotel never responded to our direct messages so we went with the booking which despite our concern, turned out good as the room we stayed in appeated to be a remodelled one, modern, large, quiet and very comfortable (may have been quiet as no renovation happening over the weekend?) The floor was dusty but may be down to the building work going on? Only gripe was no USB charge point and no coat hangers. Think this will be a great place once work finished and reception are a little more organised. Limited places to eat nearby although there is a shop on site
