We never got a chance to stay at the hotel as they would not let us check in since we got stuck with delayed flights and then a wreck on the highway which put us arriving at 4:00 a.m. instead of 7:00 p.m. which was our original arrival time. Even though the bill was already prepaid we were told that after 1:00 a.m. we couldn't check in and we had to wait till the next day. I will say that at least the other extended stay that was down in Warwick had a lady that was super helpful and nice and tried to work with us but they just didn't have the rooms available for us.

Perfect location for a sequel to the hostel movie
This place feels like the projects. There was mold in the shower, a dirty sock under the bed (not mine), remnants of food in the cupboard, and when i took a shower, the handwritten message of the prior guest showed up on the mirror. I could hear guests trying to get in at night-only the main entrance worked, none of the side entrances, those are all disabled. They lock down the check in desk at night at about 10pm. From the look of the hallway, their vacuum is broken too. It really feels like a lot of people who are down on their luck live here, not like a hotel for a business trip. Ive been into section 8 a couple of times to get patients and thats what this place felt like. When i showed them the photos I took of the dirt and mold they did kindly offer a refund. But I would rather go to a campground than stay there ever again.

The second we entered the room it smelled awful. The sofa bed was broken, and some metal part was sticking up. We had four toddlers in the room. It was not safe and the room did not look clean. And there was no extra pillows very disappointed with our stay.

Everything was pretty good except the puddle of (hopefully) water that was on the counter when we walked in. Another negative was how dirty the sheets were for the pull out bed in the couch. Completely stained and dirty, had to use personal blankets as sheets to sleep on.

I called the property the day before my arrival to let them know I was going to arrive after 10pm, and they told me it was ok, that as soon as I arrived just pick up the phone at the property to inform I was there and someone will receive me. When I got there, and made the 1st call, for my surprise, they'd informed me that the person would arrive in an hour!!! They left me and my family and another guest (in our same situation)waiting outside in the cold weather. We were lucky that a guest that was staying there let us pass to the lobby. After an hour passed no one came, we called several times and they kept telling us that someone was coming, they kept us there with that lie for approximately 3 hours. We were lucky to find a near hotel that could receive us at that time. The other person stayed there.
