Misleading as from afar the hotel looks amazing. Stayed 2 nights with the wife and the dog, as it was local to Ilkley and I was running the hm. The place is somewhat dog friendly, they can stay in your room but donโt expect to be able to eat anywhere with them. That being said, Iโd avoid eating hereโฆ burger looked and tasted like it had been hiding under the fridge for 4 years. Breakfast buffet, nothing special, poor quality hot food but they did let us take a tray of toast and cereal back to the room as the dog couldnโt be left alone in the room or join us for breakfastโฆ bed had just 1 pillow (none in the cupboard), no plug sockets by the bed (Third world problem right) but the room was clean, very dated, but clean. Staff were fine but not exactly welcoming, restaurant staff were away with the fairies, other clientele consisted of drunk golfers, pool/sauna packed with screaming kids at weekends. The hotel needs serious re-investment.
