One of the worst experiences I've had in a Motel. When I first checked in I had to pay for the whole stay up front instead of when I checked out like I've done in every other stay I've had at a motel.
Every room on the first floor had a outside door opening onto the parking lot for an easy trip from your car to your room. But they were all broke so you had to make a long trek from the parking lot thru the lobby to your room.
It's the middle of July and the pool was empty. No one working on it just empty.
When I got to my room I noticed wallpaper pealing off the wall. Normally you have two end tables with lamps, one on either side of the bed. The end tables were there but no lamps.
They advertise a Continental Breakfast. A sign at the front desk says breakfast from 6-9. I came down for breakfast at 6am but nothing was out and no one was there. Then I noticed a sign in the breakfast area that said breakfast from 6:30-9. So I went back to the room and then came back at 6:30. Same as before no one there and nothing was out (I thought). When I came back later in the day I ask the person at the front desk why they didn't have breakfast out like they advertised. He said "we did". Then honest to god this is what he said. "We have bread and milk". I looked again and there was half a loaf of white bread by a toaster (no butter or jelly) and a pitcher half filled with milk. No coffee, juice, rolls, muffins, or cereal. I was so stunned I I didn't know what to. More to it ran out

The property look nothing the aid. It needed a lot of work done to it. My toilet was broken and the room was dirty and you could see outside from the door not being seal good at. I will never stay there again.

When we first arrived around530pm, the manager had to go check room. Said TV was unavailable. Took the room at first. When we entered room, i had taken of my sandals. Not a smart move.,carpet was soaked an paper was over smoke alarm. We changed rooms to a king size. Flying bugs, garbage in drawers. We got out of there the folllowing morning as soon as possbile. Not reommending.

Awful
This was my second time standing there both times was awful. The rooms are very nasty. They are not clean. I stepped out for a minute when I came back. My key card couldnโt work on both trips. They tell me that they are having problems with the key cards when I get back to the room Someone had been in the room. The service man tell me that maintenance was in the room, but whoever was in the room had been smoking, bed with script. Everything has been moved around the service guy call someone on the phone and he says sorry maโam. We did not check no one into the room. I explain to them. I never said you check no one into the room, but someoneโs been in the room smoking, and I donโt smoke so finally they give me another room I get into the room thereโs hair and cigarettes ashes on the floor so I was very frustrated. The TV didnโt work on the first trip. They told me it was because of the storm on the second trip thatโs even they work again at this point Iโm like no no need to complain to the other. Theyโre not trying to fix anything around here. Iโll be gone by morning around 5:45 AM. Someoneโs going around knocking on all the guest doors waking me up at my sleep. Checkout tab is not until 11 AM. This has been a very awful trip. I do not recommend this hotel to no one. They need to fix a lot of things. Food donโt work and itโs just nasty and awful everywhere.

A Hotel from Hell Experience
Horrible experience. We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didnโt work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. We waited for breakfast (as it was advertised) from 8 to 8:30 am with no success and there was NO one to even do our check out. Although years back this โhotelโ was a nice place, now it should be condemned, closed or totally refurbished.
