the hotel is located at great spot in tribeca which is near soho. teh employees are kind and service is good. this is the second time that I've stayed here. they serve descent breakfast dishes w/ good coffee @ cafe in a hotel. I would love to stay here again soon.

Stayed 2 nights at the Roxy. Great location but rooms are very loud between live music, outdated HVAC, refrigerators, street noise, and lack of insulation between rooms. I could hear everything my neighbor did in their bathroom, in detail. Multiple requests for earplugs from the front desk were not fulfilled. Front desk staff is not exactly rude, but definitely disinterested in guest experience. Skip it.

From the time you enter to the time you check-out, the service and friendliness is outstanding. They welcome you with a smile and champagne. The entrance, the lobby, the restaurant, the bar and the stage all match the classic look, yet with a clean, modern twist. The elevators and rooms match the terrific ambiance. The hotel is clean and classic Roxy Theatre is down in the Building and movies are free to guests. This may be my favorite hotel.

We loved the hotel. The piano player was a real highlight.
