Stayed in a deluxe suite for 4 nights. There was no view, and the balcony was in poor condition with pigeon droppings, feathers, and leaves scattered around, making it unpleasant to go outside. Inside the air conditioning, there was a lot of mold. It was visually unappealing and extremely noisy. It seemed broken as the airflow and temperature couldn't be adjusted, and it ran continuously at full power. Water continuously dripped from the air conditioner above the sofa bed, making it unusable. While the room amenities were well organized, the cleaning details were lacking. There was a lot of visible dust even in prominent places. The cleaning during the stay felt rushed, and they forgot to empty the trash bin in the bathroom.
On the day of arrival, I used the hotel's airport pickup service. It appeared to be outsourced, with a driver arranged by the hotel. Despite informing them of a one-hour flight delay in advance, the pickup driver got upset and complained about waiting for two hours. On the way, the driver displayed aggressive and reckless behavior, talking loudly on the phone, texting while driving, and driving aggressively, even engaging in retaliation against other vehicles. Upon reaching the hotel, the driver demanded an additional 20 euros for waiting. It was uncomfortable to be in a situation where I was made to feel like the culprit because of a flight delay that was not my fault. I recommend taking a regular taxi upon arrival.
