I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay in Room 5** at your hotel from December 28, 2023, to January 2, 2024. We chose your establishment primarily for its reputation for cleanliness and particularly for the high standards of linen maintenance.
However, during our 5-night stay, it appeared that the bedding in our room was never changed. We noticed the same marks on the bed linen from our first night persisting until our departure, which suggests that the linens might have been merely tidied up rather than changed.
Is it the policy of your hotel not to change the bed linen during a 5-night stay? My wife is particularly sensitive to bedding cleanliness, and this aspect is crucial for us when selecting a hotel. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the management of linen during our stay.
