This was my very first stay in Sioux Falls. First, make sure you get the directions correctly! It took me to some other location because I didn't use the EAST part of the address. Once I arrived, it was a mess of construction, but that wasn't the hotel's fault and it was done (and nice) by the time I checked out.
I opened the door to my room and it STUNK. I quickly realized that an old ragged recliner was part of the problem and covered it with a sheet. The next day, hotel management was very accommodating and replaced the chair with a nicer one. Some candles and disinfectant on the carpet and problem solved. For me, it's not expecting there to never be issues/problems, but it's how those are addressed.
Indoor pool was okay, but the jacuzzi was awesome!
The only knock was a rush to close up breakfast early. One morning at 9:25 (it closes at 9:30) a guy was trying to make waffles and they'd already shut off the waffle maker. Great place for the price.
