One night stay, just passing through on our way back to downstate NY from Boston.The hotel had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, spacious, easy to find. Very friendly staff at front desk. There are very good restaurants close by, a strip mall with a grocery store, Marshall’s, Homegoods, a gas station, all almost walking distance. The hotel had a small bar and apparently offered a light bite if you don’t want to go out. There is also an IHop close by. No complaints, would definitely stay here again.

Beds could be more comfortable
The staff was very friendly. The bed was lumpy in places and thin in others, very similar to a futon mattress. There was a beard hair next to the sink faucet, and stains in the toilet. The room served its purpose while I was visiting my dad in the hospital.

Why no breakfast
I had a nice stay but what really made me shake my head was that there was no offer of breakfast when I was paying more than the Marriot right behind had a free Breakfast. There was a Marriot residence suites right next door that offered a free breakfast. I found that rather disturbing. I know that because my Three kids were staying there. Just was not right.

I cannot believe I paid over $300.00 for a hotel that did not provide breakfast of any sort. Our room had no drawers to put our clothes and a very small closet, fortunately we were only staying 1 night. So very dissatisfied.

Mostly Positive.
The people at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. All the other employees we encountered were also very friendly and helpful. One of the things that was a bit of a hassle, was doing laundry there. One washer and one dryer. We had gone down to wash our clothes around 1-ish and there was a guy there that was putting his wash into the dryer. My husband said, we'll go ahead and put our wash in now and come back down when the dryer is done. He told us he would be leaving no later than 2 so they'd be done. We went down there several times, watching for him. He left those clothes in the dryer until at least 4PM. We eventually took our wet clothes to a laundry mat to dry, as we were leaving early the next morning. Perhaps there should be some notice in the laundry room to the effect of "if clothes are not removed and someone else needs to use the laundry, an employee at hotel would be able to remove them". Just a thought.
