Please stay away from this hotel!!! Horrible room condition, stained carpet, poor lighting, small room and bathroom space. Elevator barely fits 2 ppl. I will never book this hotel

I have low expectations for a business trip hotel. The location is good. Check in and check out was fast. Room was acceptable but had a very firm bed. But I had a few issues during my stay: 1) No 'do not disturb' option. I had to have housekeepping each day 2) Housekeeping kept putting back the gross unwashed pillows on the bed. See complain #1 2) One day housekeeping left my door open the entire day -- it was open when I returned in the evening. The deadbolt was in the open position and blocking the door from closing. This is a huge no-no. See complain #1 and this is really unacceptable. 3) Fire alarm went off at 7am Saturday morning. I don't think this should reflect poorly on the hotel as they can't control idiots from smoking, but it did take 15 minutes to turn off the alarm. The open door is the only real major complaint, and perhaps it's a one-off and shouldn't reflect too poorly on the hotel. But overall it could have been a better trip. I do not know if I'll stay again...

Consistent service. I stay here when in Paris.

Our stay was short (one night) but everything was good. Beds were comfortable, the room was nicely decorated and quiet, the location is good and convenient. The only drawback was the slow wifi (wich is free). I recommend this hotel.

The staff could not be more helpful. This is a great small hotel close to Gare St Lazare, metro and buses. Our flight was cancelled at short notice and the receptionist did his best to help us find information on transport to another airport etc. I would highly recommend it as a well priced hotel in a central area, we were close to Pigalle and Sacre Coeur. Breakfast was really good with hot food (sausages and scrambled egg, toast and boiled eggs) and plenty of choice.

Hotel is in an excellent location, we were able to walk everywhere. Close to the Pigalle. Service was extremely helpful and friendly. Aircon was much needed in August, we took full advantage! Our room overlooked the courtyard so no traffic noise. The decor is a little tired, corners were dusty and we could hear when other rooms were having showers. The mattress was too hard for our preferences and we would be sore in the mornings. But all in all I would recommend this hotel for a short Paris getaway.

A solid hotel near St. Lazare station. While there was to a lot directly around the hotel, it was well situated for easy access to other areas. Area felt safe. Room was not very large, but that is typical. Was fine size for my teen son and I. Room was very nice and clean. Rain-shower shower head was awesome. Front desk was helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for this area.

Staff are lovely very friendly , hotel is straight forward not too many extras but overall lovely hotel to stay in ABC all good front desk guys always super helpful that's the difference for me
