The heater did not work, had to ask reception several times to come over to check. It did not work entire night, had to change the room next day, which I was told to wait till check in time which is ridiculous when it is their fault. Again, no apology at all. They said they got no room ready, but when I complained abt the situation, suddenly there's a room ready. Worst customer service ever, and they tried to charge the luggage when I left them after check out waiting for the flight. They said they charge them after check out. Not such a thing happened in any even crappier hotel and I am a frequent traveller. No heater no apology, but they will charge you for luggage. Simply not worth staying here. Room is dated, furnitures are dated, but comparably clean. That's the only nice thing I could find.
