For a cheap hotel it was decent. My only complaint is when you first go into the lobby, it stinks. The room was comfortable and the employees were kind.

Customer service at check in was good. Very friendly and fast. Reservation was for 2 queen beds; however, believe the beds were full size not queen.
Went to desk to check out and had to speak through intercom and was not impressed.
Breakfast was good. Although juice machine wasnโt working and they didnโt have any other juice.
All in all, it was ok.

Disappointed
Staff was inexperienced. Bathroom door was repainted and peeling. It looked like an eight year old painted it with a brush and they got paint on the hinges and door knob,etc. They never heard of masking tape I guess! There was some cereal on the floor by the bed when we went into the room. Breakfast ends at nine and when we went at eight fifteen, there were no eggs. I notified a staff member who went and got some frozen pre-cooked eggs. He put two into the microwave and heated them up for us. This should not happen. This hotel has ATV trail access, so I brought my side by side to go riding. The person at the front desk was clueless about that. The first morning that we were there,a man was arrested and walked out in handcuffs. That's a little unsettling. I chose this hotel based on low cost. There isn't much of a choice of hotels in the area. Next time I'll spend more money for a room somewhere else.

I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and had a great experience. The multi-night discount was a big plus and made it an affordable option for a longer stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintainedโjust what I needed after long workdays.
I had to check out a day earlier than planned, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They gave me a coupon for a future nightโs stay, which was a really thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Great service all aroundโIโll definitely be back on my next visit!

I booked a stay at the Quality Inn Caribou for my mom, and we had a great experience. Although there was no official airport transportation, the hotel went above and beyond by picking her up at no extra chargeโreally appreciated! We ended up extending her stay by a couple of nights. The breakfast options were good, and overall, her stay was very comfortable. Great service and hospitality!

Great value for the price! The location was convenientโI could even walk to the hospital behind the hotel through the woods. Breakfast normally starts at 6, but the friendly staff kindly opened it a bit early since I leave for work at 5 AM. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

When I checked in at three, they gave me a room number and when I went over, the door was open and the room had not been cleaned so I went back and they said oh sorry our mistake. It was 108 not 109 and when I went over again, that room was also not clean And there was food in the dresser. I did not feel comfortable although the people were very kind the cleanliness was not, and there were towels and sheets lining the entire hallway like they hadnโt cleaned any roomsuntil my stay. I inquired about a refund, not feeling comfortable, but they said because it was booked through Expedia. I would have to figure out how to get a refund from Expedia. This was not easy and since I was visiting from way out of town, I stuck it out and stayed, but I would not stay there again. There were also missing window panes in some of the rooms had an older like stale cigarettes, or mildew.

I found the continental breakfast was terrible. Dried out eggs, 1 selection of muffin, 1 selection of cereal, coffee machine not working. Not a selection of fruit or yogurt. Worst continetal breakfast ive ever seen. Shower very hard to turn on. When you do make a complaint about anything on the room, they come down when you are there. The air conditioner plug has a whole around it. Ceiling tiles are yellow and disgusting. If you do need something, nobody at front desk. This is the worst hotel i have stayed at. Wont stay there again.
