Disappointed and won’t repeat
Clean room and comfortable mattress but I won’t be staying here the next time I am in Rome:
Elevator broken; had to carry luggage up and down flight of stairs
No room service offered for my “short stay” of 5 nights
No hot water first night, limited second night
No soap dispenser at sink or in shower
No extra pillows
Half of opaque curtains missing so car lights penetrate the room
No wash clothes
No towel racks
No glass in bathroom to rinse mouth after brushing
Only 1 socket outside of bathroom not enough to charge our phones and watches
Bad smell emanating from bathroom
Couldn’t close shutters and would not render room dark anyway
Inconsistent in amount of city tax asked to leave behind in cash
