The unit is desperately in need of refurbishing. Also, the smoke alarm went off for 5-10 minutes every time we used the stove...or even the toaster!
The bigger problem, though is the third party,Grand Welcome, who rents the unit to the public: They have NO representatives on site--either to check you in or to service any problems.
Checking in took me over 2 1/2 hours because they gave me the wrong key code for the unit! Also, when I had a problem with the AC, I had to call an 800 number, and their rep told me someone local would be contacting me, but I never heard anything.
