Really friendly and attentive staff went out of their way to make things great. The fitness room doesn’t really exist. Not sure if anyone ever uses those things anyways. The beds could be more comfortable.

Fabulous stay
The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location so we could walk around downtown and be close to get back. The OJ and fresh donuts in the morning were such a nice treat. We will definitely come back!

We are staying at this hotel every time we come to Murphy (~1/year). We like it but we noticed that it getting more neglected. (No towels in the exercise room, some our appliances did not all work, the refrigerator was turned off, freezer did not freeze, etc. Also this hotel does not offer room services, which worked well during the pandemia, but something I would not mind would we stay longer.

Autumn weekend escape
Good location, property has some wear and tear but spacious room and decent beds. They have fresh coffee at the front desk, complementary and every day you were offered either a frozen breakfast burrito or fresh hot mini donuts! Very nice staff. The exercise room consisted of a treadmill and an ancient Schwinn exercise, stationary bike, which should be retired.

Large suites, And fresh gourmet coffee ,espresso, cappuccino and soft serve ice cream complimentary all day. No breakfast but choice of freshly made mini donuts or breakfast burrito and orange juice delivered in the morning.

Ridiculous Receptionist
The receptionist was "on a break" eating at the front desk and told us we couldn't check in until she was finished in 30 minutes! Yes, this is us trying to check in here... I had to call the manager and leave a voicemail and try to call Hotels.com to cancel and she finally said the manager gave her a special password so she could check us in... WOW.

The staff is the #1 reason to stay here. There was a big auto show in town and they were completely booked but everyone I encountered was helpful, happy and smiling. I noticed they went out of their way to greet everyone and knew many of the guests from past stays. It just really stood out to me. The rooms were large and very clean, although a little dated. I would recommend they replace the pillows or that guests bring one if they are particular like me. If you were going into town it’s a little off the Main Street but still close enough to be convenient. Lastly, I love love love that they offer complimentary soft serve and I like that they serve a local roast coffee at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.
