The service was excellent. The original room had an issuer with a door handle so they upgraded me to a suite and offered a free breakfast. The location is also great, in the heart of Montmartre.

Nice hotel
Booked this hotel for our honeymoon! Nice hotel in a good location. Breakfast was okay but contained no hot foods. Sometimes we had trouble finding seating in the lobby for breakfast. We were given a handicapped room with a no frills bathroom. The shower had no door, wall, or curtain so the whole bathroom would flood every time we took a shower. Overall a nice stay!

Helpful staff but needs a lot of upgrading
Small hotel with some character. Room was small and dark. Shower was backed up when I arrived but got fixed promptly. Staff tried to be helpful but this room was what was available and there were computer problems throughout my stay.

The room is so comfortable! Bathroom clean room is warm and cozy... close to restaurants mini market and pastry shop just across the street i would stay here again if i ever be back in paris

Ideal location, bars, food and Paris street views
Ideal location! 5 min walk to the metro stations, very safe area. Loads of bars, restaurants and cafe close by. Would definitely return
