The room was on the 3rd floor at the very top of the building. It was exhausting carrying luggage up there. Sadly I wasn't given the choice of floor level, when booking, so I had no idea until I arrived. My partner is disabled and found the staircases quite difficult to navigate. The staff were very friendly, but the room was too compact and overpriced for what was on offer. Sadly, the noise from the other guests kept us awake, as did the noise from the street level. There was a constant racket of people walking past, having conversations, vehicles reversing and beeping, emergency service vehicles with sirens on a frequent basis. The bed was comfortable, but the room was very hot, even with the window ajar, and we barely got any sleep before having to get up at 3:30 to catch a european train. All in all, the location was a great help, enabling us to get to St Pancras on time, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel.
