We booked condo through a third party. Either the third party or property didnโt properly enter our dates of stay which caused issues with front desk who tried to bill us for extra days. The front desk staff was very passive aggressive and lacked any form of customer service. The condo had appliances that didnโt work and cups stained with lipstick. We stay at this property every year and this year showed the declining workforce within the hospitality industry.

The unit was very clean and nicely updated. Quiet and peaceful, perfect for our stay. Appreciated the on-site laundry as we were there for a basketball tournament!

Eagle Crest Is an Ace!
Front desk employees very nice. Indoor tennis facility employees outstanding!
I highly recommend Eagle Crest and intend to stay there again.
