Small and clean rooms, good location, affordable
Affordable prices compared to the rest of Paris. The room was tiny with space only for the bed and not much else. Shower was small and took some time to heat up but was otherwise fine. The Wi-Fi had a lot of dropouts but when it worked it was fast enough to stream Netflix without any issue. The breakfast is not worth the 11 euros they charge per day - it is just cereal and bread. The location is good, just a minute or two walk to the metro station (total time of 20-30 minutes to get to most sight-seeing destinations in Paris, usually have to change trains 1-2 times) and plenty of shops and food options nearby.

Broken window, out of service A/C and phone
It used to be a nice place. Not anymore. The service is poor, the promised amenities are broken or out of service. Not good.
