Our stay at The House on Warwick was fine. The room was quite small as we were three in the room (we had a double and twin bed) it was hard to maneuver around. The hotel was clean enough as it seemed somewhat new, though there were some weird stains on the carpet. If you’re three, I recommend booking 2 rooms.
The location was fine though I don’t think I would book a hotel in this area as there isn’t much to do there, it was easy to get around as there are many buses and Victoria station is 10 mins away.
Lastly, when we were checking in the person at the front desk hardly talked to us to tell us anything about the area, amenities, etc. I was having to call or run down to the reception to ask for help. I usually don’t care too much about these kinds of things but it was super apparent here. I would also recommend them putting the actual amount they charge to keep your luggage here after you’ve checked out (£5).
All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again since London is really big and there are other places to see, I would stay if I had to.
