Another great stay
Another great stay. Room overlooks the seafront and pier, clean and nicely decorated. Hospitality tray including tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom includes bath, rain shower and toiletries. Staff very pleasant thoughout hotel. Breakfast very good with choice of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and various hot options, which are cooked fresh. Note there is no car parking on site, but several parking options nearby. Can recommend.

Really nice stay with very helpful and friendly staff nice room that looked very recently refitted. Only thing that lets the whole experience down is the parking which is public and quite costly if you are stopping in Deal

Lovely stay
Very nice one night stay. Hotel is nicely located opposite Deal beach. Lady at check in was friendly and helpful. Lovely room overlooking the beach and pier, good bathroom with a bath and rain shower. Hospitality tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Breakfast was good with drinks, cereals, fruit and yoghurt followed by choice of cooked food and toast. Staff were polite. Note there is no parking on site, but there are various parking options close by. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Our 3rd stay here this year. Hotel is nicely located opposite Deal beach. The guy at check in was friendly and helpful, although he was a bit rushed off his feet due to staff shortages. Lovely room overlooking the beach and pier, good bathroom with a bath and rain shower. Hospitality tray with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Breakfast was very good with drinks, cereals, fruit and yoghurt followed by choice of cooked food and toast. Scrambled egg was delicious. Staff were very nice and friendly. Note there is no parking on site, but there are various parking options close by. Only one issue - the knob on the radiator in the bathroom was missing so we’re unable to put heating on. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Owner great people person. Food wholesome and fresh. Altogether an easy stay. Our room very clean. Early morning noises as empty bottles collected by Council. Town noises are pretty normal.

After booking and paying in advance I was irritated by someone asking me to confirm that we would be attending. The Receptionist was rather abrupt too which not what we experienced whilst staying there.

Will return for the breakfast!
The staff and service was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and delicious! The room was a great size with extra amenities, toiletries and tea/coffee even hot chocolate. It's showing it's age and wear in places but it was super comfortable and would definitely return when the opportunity arises.
