This property is very convenient to everything. There is a lot of confusion 9n checking in and none of that was conveyed to us or the other renters as we both showed up at the same time. Mine showed no unit and theirs did. I had no idea what was going on as we thought we were double booked. Very confusing and unorganized.

Family Weekend Stay. Our stay in Inverness was highlighted by the convenience of the property’s location, just minutes from the high street and a short drive to the airport. The views from the property were absolutely stunning, offering a serene outlook on the city’s historic landmarks. The early check-in was a much-appreciated gesture that allowed us to maximize our time exploring the area. However, we did encounter a few issues that could be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. The security features of the property, particularly the locks on the doors, felt somewhat lacking and could benefit from an upgrade. Additionally, the hallway’s presentation was marred by a neglected plant, which detracted from the welcoming atmosphere. The living room’s remote control was unreliable, which, along with the dim lighting in the dining area, made relaxation time a bit challenging. In terms of entertainment, having all TVs in working order would be ideal. The sink in the hallway toilet had draining issues, which could be inconvenient for guests. Lastly, a more rigorous cleaning routine could help maintain the property’s appeal, as some areas showed signs of neglect. In conclusion, while the property boasts an excellent location and captivating views, paying attention to these details could truly elevate the stay from good to exceptional.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und der Blick auf das Castle einfach nur schön. Wir mussten ewig warten, bis wir in die Wohnung konnten. Wir hatten keine Benachrichtigung bekommen, wie wir in die Wohnung kommen. Mussten mit Expedia telefonieren und das hat alles über 1 Stunde gedauert. Das war nicht so schön. Aber wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch und liegt in Stadtnühe. Es war nur schrecklich kalt und die Heizung im Bad ging nicht. Es wäre auch empfehlenswert, ein kleines Handtuch zu dem großen noch dazu zu legen. Das habe ich vermisst.
