Good location not too far from main station gate du Nord and other landmarks. Can only fit 1-2 people on a lift at one time which isn’t great. Also room can get quiet cold at night and radiators aren’t big but great/helpful staff.

The staff on the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful . unfortunately the room we had was very small and smelt strongly of damp. It didn’t look anything like the pictures online (other than the reception area).

Small room but then again aren’t most Paris hotel rooms small? Comfortable enough and receptionists extremely helpful. Overall a very pleasant few days.

The rooms are tiny and the walls are so thin. You can hear everything that is being talked in the room next door. Also the traffic and the noise from the restaurants across the street is very annoying and it continues well into the night. The staff working at the front desk is super nice, friendly and very courteous. They do everything they can to make the stay comfortable and it is not just one of them, we came across 3 of them during our stay and all 3 of them were amazing!
