We arrived at midnight the first night, then stayed another night before leaving Paris. A family of 4 with 2 children. Pros: descent price and size of a suite suitable for young family, 1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed. Has a kitchenette; dishwasher too. Separate toilet. Nice staff. Cons: ran out of hot shower after about 15 mins usage for both nights. So if you have a family of 4 like us, do the math. Good luck! Coffee machine in the room was dirty, used coffee capsule wasnt thrown away. Dirty water left inside the hot water pot. Brought out the problems to the staff, but nothing was done or could be done i guess although they were very nice about it.

The hotel was ok but I found the area quite inconvenient for my purposes. The metro stop nearby didn’t connect to Gare du Nord making for a 1 km walk each way. Not fun in the rain The room was nice and big. The bed was Comfortable and it has a small Kitchen with stovetop and fridge and microwave. It would be perfect otherwise. Breakfast was a bit spartan. No hot food. Grocery store is literally next door. For a family or vacation I think it’s fine but for my purposes as a business hotel maybe not.

Stayed overnight. Short walk to gare du Nord. Quiet and comfortable. Spacious room .pleasant area

Stayed at the Serotel Suites with two friends. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Gard du Nord and the local area is great for bars and restaurants. The suites are quite big for Paris and are reasonably appointed. Overall good accommodation in a great location.
