Pleasant, convenient place in the heart of London
Very convenient to the West End and all of London. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Surprisingly quiet for the neighborhood.

Fabulous hotel with great location and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and had all that you needed for a city break.

The Hotel itself is very good but there is a lot of homeless people around so if you are returning to the hotel late it is a little unnerving. There is also a huge amount of road works so access to the hotel is compromised.
