We stayed at your hotel on September 25th and had a "unique" experience. There was an AC unit in the room with a hose that led out to the window. The area between the hose and the window was sealed with some black tape, but it wasn't sealed well and when we arrived, there were two giant seed bugs inside our room as well as a boxelder beetle on the ceiling. We managed to get rid of those, and we put a towel around where the hose went out the window, but when we came back later that night two more giant bugs had gotten into our room. We talked to a nice lady in the lobby, but she said the hotel was full and there was nothing she could do, but would tell her manager. When we checked out the next morning, we also let the gentleman at the front desk know about what happened and he completely ignored us and said "You're checked out." This was a disappointing reaction considering it was hard for us to sleep with giant flying bugs in our room. We saw the lady from the evening before and she apologized and said she would tell her assistant manager, but we have not heard anything from the hotel.
