We were in room 7 and were so happy with how quiet the room was at night. It was clean, staff were friendly, and the location is great. Away from the business of the main tourist sites but close enough to walk to everything and close to tram stops to get around the city and to/from the airport. Very comfortable beds and spacious room. The location is so perfect. You can walk anywhere from here. Also, it’s next to the tram and bus stations. Would highly recommend this hotel. Only problem we had was the toilet was not clean when we checked in. I alerted the front desk and they went right away and cleaned it for us.

Excellent hotel and staff. As soon as we arrived, an attendant greeted us, assisted us with storing our luggage and gave us so much great advice on areas to visit in Edinburgh. Our kids were disappointed when we checked out of our hotel as they loved it so much. Thank you for making our visit so comfortable!
