All in all not a great stay, Had to ring for self check in codes etc whilst on way to property, nothing sent 24 hours in advance as it was supposed to be even having filled in the pre check in form.
Couple of stains on mattress cover, mattress not very comfortable, something leaking in bathroom, leaving small puddle on bathroom floor no one to report it to, toilet roll holder missing, heater provided in room, I assume because the radiator did not work, heater left leaning against the wall.
The room was described as A SUPERIOR DOUBLE with balcony and a sea view not sure that is an accurate description, the room was far from superior, the door out to the balcony was locked, so could not be accessed, I’m assuming it was because it was unsafe, it certainly looked that way looking at it, but yes it did have a sea view, the room was very dated and in need of some repairs and redecorating.
