Overall very nice small hotel in good location. We'd come back for sure

We stayed for just one night, accompanied by our dog. The room (101!) was very nicely designed, comfortable and clean. The hotel in general was interesting and stylish. The staff were excellent. The area isn’t a tourist one. It has a nice mix of cultures, and a lovely park 12 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast was great, including good coffee (although I’d have liked the option of muesli). I suggest using the nearby car park, as our car parked in the street was broken into overnight, obviously not the hotel’s fault but worth a mention.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable: the shower was great; housekeeping service was reliable and prompt. Cons: This is not a "happening" place. No coffee in the morning, no lobby vibe, no hang-out space. There is no food and while the location is interesting and subway-accessible, it is not in the middle of the action, even for the Belleville neighborhood.

Great location by the Belleville metro. Lots of ethnic restaurants nearby. Hotel staff are friendly. Rooms are average size for Europe (if you're American, think small).

Fantastic little hotel in an excellent location close to a metro line and near to some excellent restaurants.
