도저히 안되겠어서 환불을 요청했고, 환불처리 다됬다고해서 체크아웃 할때 어떻게 확인하냐고 하니깐 걱정하지마라면서, 익스피디아나 호텔스닷컴에 신청하고 전화오면 잘 처리해주겠다고 함.
한국에 와서 호텔스닷컴을 통해 환불 요청하니 본인은 포지션상 환불확정을 할수 없으며, 니가 가고 잘해결될줄 알았으나 관리자가 거부했다. 이렇게 피드백 주고 본인은 최선을 다했는데 미안하다. 영어 커뮤니케이션에 어려움이 있어서 그렇다라며, 환불을 거부함.

Note that, I had checked in August 7th. That day was very hot
1) When I check-in, Manager didn't say air conditioner break down in all rooms.
After I ask Why I coudn't turn on air conditioner remote, She(manager) said to me air conditioner break down. And then,She gave me heater for to avoid hot, Becasuse She knews that is electric fan.
2) Managers of Boutique Centrale Palace didn't keep promise.
Althogh I thought unfair, I decided to stay. Because Managers promised that to repair it by tomorrow.
However, Even after the next day, air conditioner was not repaired,
She said "I requested the vendor for repairs but they didn't come. I don't know."
So, I thought carefully and politely requested a refund of remaining 3 nights
At that time, She(manager) alloewed a refund after checking with another administrator in cell-phone
However, When I returned home and asked confiming a refund, She replied to me that didn't promise guarantee a refund because admin manager refused to refund
In conclusion, The worst customer service ever
