One of the best stays we've ever had! They scored in all the departments - cleanliness, hospitality, food, amenities, resort quality, and much more. We got the lakeside view king room and loved it! I felt the resort was an excellent property. However little slights like towels were of a quality that was of a more lower rated hotel. The room service was not very good or prompt. One day our room wasn’t cleaned until 4:00pm another day at 3:00 pm. That is unacceptable. They constantly took away our extra towels and did not replace the extras. The shower/toilet area with being in the same space had us wiping up the floor each time the shower was used. They tried to be advanced with this but it really does not work. The staff in general was excellent and helpful, although it was hard to communicate with them because of a language barrier. When I tried to walk the path on the golf course I was told because of liability I was not able to. Therefore I had to walk outside the facility. Not a very good practice. I would just sign a liability waiver and walk at my own risk.
