"EXCELLENT STAY!!! This hotel is VERY close to the tramway stop… Santa Maria Novella/City Center stop (easiest transportation to and from airport) as well the train station which is right by the tramway stop. So easy! I am a 74 years old female and traveling alone. Check in was perfect. Very friendly and helpful individual. Same with checkout. Included breakfast was perfect!! The room had great air conditioning. Everything very clean. Comfortable bed. VERY nice overall! The hotel DOES have an elevator (many in Europe do not). Thank you to all at Market Urban Hotel!"

"Wonderful, central hotel (we walked from the train station and only yards from the Doumas) with really helpful staff who recommended a fantastic restaurant when we explained the kind of thing we were looking for. Very classic decor style. Great breakfast. Surely the best rooftop bar in town and it gives priority to residents, even letting us take our children up. Would thoroughly recommend."
